Summary

This study is a registry that will follow 5,000 people who had a heart attack (acute myocardial infarction) and were treated at Asan Medical Center in Korea. The goal is to track their long-term health, including survival, repeat heart attacks, and need for additional procedures. Participants are treated with standard care like medication, stents, or bypass surgery, and the study simply observes their outcomes over time.
