Summary
This study aims to measure how much strain different exercises put on the hearts of people with ARVC, a genetic heart condition. Researchers will monitor 120 patients with ARVC while they perform activities like walking, cycling, and light weightlifting. The goal is to gather data to create better, science-based exercise guidelines so patients can stay active safely.
