Summary
This study aims to measure the strength and flexibility of elite Spanish artistic swimmers to create reference profiles for the sport. Researchers will assess 45 national team members during training camps to understand their physical capabilities and identify potential injury risks. The findings will help coaches and trainers better understand the unique physical demands of artistic swimming.
