Summary
This study tests whether Artisterol, a new drug, can lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and improve other heart health markers in adults with mildly high cholesterol. About 106 participants will take either Artisterol or a placebo daily for 3 months, with clinic visits every 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if Artisterol reduces LDL cholesterol levels compared to the placebo.
