Summary
This study tests if using a simple scoring system and a rapid blood test in the ambulance can help get people with suspected heart attacks to the right hospital faster. About 1,048 adults with chest pain will be randomly assigned to either this new ambulance triage or standard care. The goal is to see if the new approach is just as safe, reduces costs, and improves patient satisfaction.
