Stiff arteries could reveal Who's really taking their blood pressure pills

NCT ID NCT07207226

Summary

This study aims to see if measuring how stiff a person's arteries are can help doctors figure out if patients with resistant high blood pressure are actually taking their prescribed medications. Researchers will enroll 60 adults with this hard-to-control condition. They will use non-invasive tests to measure artery stiffness and check urine samples for drug levels to understand the link between the two.
