First human test for new blood pressure shot halted early
NCT ID NCT06780033
Summary
This was a very early, first-in-human study to check the safety of a new experimental drug, ART101, for high blood pressure. The goal was to give single, increasing doses to a small group of adults with hypertension and monitor them closely for side effects and how the drug moves through the body. The study was terminated early, enrolling only one person.
