Summary
This study tests whether an 8-session art therapy program can lower depression, anxiety, and stress while improving emotion regulation in nursing students. About 44 first- and second-year nursing students will take part. The program involves weekly 90-minute group art sessions, and researchers will measure changes using standard questionnaires.
