Can coloring together ease the pain of childhood cancer treatment?
NCT ID NCT07363005
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple art activity can help children and their parents cope with the stress of cancer treatment. Children aged 5-12 who are receiving chemotherapy, along with a parent, will either do mandala coloring sessions together or receive standard care. Researchers will measure if the coloring reduces the child's fear and pain and lessens the parent's stress and sense of burden.
