Can coloring in a circle cure loneliness? art therapy study aims to help seniors

NCT ID NCT07162103

Summary

This study aims to see if a 12-week program of group mandala art therapy can help reduce feelings of loneliness and improve psychological well-being in older adults. It will involve 58 participants from a senior care center, who will be split into two groups: one receiving the weekly art sessions and one not. Researchers will measure loneliness and well-being before and after the program to see if the art therapy makes a difference.
