Stitching skills: art classes may sharpen Midwives' minds
NCT ID NCT07466771
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether teaching art (specifically cross-stitch) to midwifery students can improve their imagination, creativity, and mindfulness. About 110 students will be split into two groups: one gets art lessons, the other does not. Researchers will compare their scores on creativity and mindfulness tests before and after the classes to see if art education makes a difference.
