Summary

This early-stage study tests a new medicine called ARQ-234 in healthy people and those with moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug can reduce skin symptoms like redness and itching. About 125 adults will take part, and some will receive a placebo instead of the real drug.
