Summary
This study aims to see if smelling citrus or clove oil can help older adults feel less tired, sleep better, and improve their overall quality of life. Researchers will have 51 participants inhale the scents for two minutes, three times a week, for one month. They will compare the results to a placebo group to see if the aromatherapy makes a difference.
