Summary
This study tested whether a homeopathic Arnica product could reduce pain and facial swelling after surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth. 53 participants were randomly given either the Arnica product or a matching sugar pill placebo. Researchers used 3D imaging to precisely measure swelling and pain scales to see if the treatment helped.
