This study looked at whether a homeopathic remedy called Arnica montana (SinEcch™) can reduce swelling and pain after having wisdom teeth removed. Fifty-three adults took either Arnica or a placebo (sugar pill) before and after surgery. Researchers measured facial swelling and pain levels over several days to see if the herb made a difference.
