New pill may lower blood pressure better than current meds

Summary
This study will check if a newer blood pressure medicine called ARNi works better than standard treatments in adults with high blood pressure living in the United Arab Emirates. About 500 people will take either ARNi or a standard drug for up to 12 weeks. The main goal is to see how much their blood pressure drops after one month.
