Can 5 sessions forge an unbreakable soldier? army tests new mental training
NCT ID NCT07050238
Summary
This study is testing a special 5-session group training program designed to build mental toughness in active-duty soldiers. Researchers want to see if this training helps soldiers perform better under pressure, reduces risky behaviors, and improves job satisfaction. They will compare results from about 2400 soldiers who get the training to a similar group who do not, checking in at 6 and 12 months.
