Summary
This study looks at whether doing a lot of arm exercises can improve physical fitness and thinking skills in adults who are not very active. Researchers will compare high-volume versus low-volume arm exercises in 32 people aged 18-50. The goal is to see if arm workouts offer benefits beyond just getting stronger.
