Summary
This study aims to understand if doing more arm exercises can improve both physical fitness and brain function in adults who sit a lot. Researchers will compare high-volume and low-volume arm exercise programs in 32 sedentary adults aged 18-50. The study will measure changes in physical activity levels, arm strength, reaction time, and thinking skills to see which approach works better.
