New inhaled therapy aims to stop lung transplant failure

Summary
This study tests an inhaled drug called ARINA-1 in 100 people who have had a double lung transplant and show early signs of lung decline. The goal is to see if adding ARINA-1 to standard care can prevent or slow down a serious condition called bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS), which can lead to transplant failure. Participants will receive either ARINA-1 plus standard care or standard care alone, and their lung function will be monitored over 48 weeks.
