NCT ID NCT07319351

Summary

This study tested an experimental injection called TISA-818-Inj in patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), a severe lung condition often requiring breathing machines. Fifty-seven adults with ARDS from pneumonia received either the drug or a placebo for 14 days. Researchers measured safety and whether the treatment helped patients spend fewer days on breathing support.
