Summary
This study is testing whether a new medication called GEn-1124 is safe for people with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), a serious lung condition. The trial will involve 52 patients who will receive either the medication or a placebo through IV infusions twice daily for 5 days. Researchers will monitor patients closely for side effects and track their health for 60 days to understand how well the treatment is tolerated.
