Summary
This study will follow 800 adults with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in a Korean hospital to learn more about their symptoms, treatments, and recovery. Researchers will collect data from medical records and monitor how different ventilator settings affect outcomes. The goal is to better understand ARDS and improve future care, but no new treatments or drugs are being tested.
