Summary
This study tests a new drug called ARD103 in adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, while also seeing if the drug can shrink or control the cancer. About 49 participants will receive the drug at multiple hospitals.
