Summary

This study tested a new type of COVID-19 vaccine called ARCT-154, which uses self-amplifying RNA to boost immune responses. Nearly 20,000 adults in Vietnam took part, including those with health conditions that raise COVID-19 risk. The goal was to see if the vaccine is safe, triggers strong antibodies, and prevents COVID-19 illness.
