Summary
This study is testing a new inhaled medication called ARCT-032 for adults with cystic fibrosis who cannot use standard CFTR modulator drugs. Participants will use the inhaler daily for 4 weeks while researchers monitor safety and check if it improves lung function and quality of life. The trial is specifically for patients who don't respond to, can't tolerate, or don't have access to current treatments.
