Summary

This study tested a new device called an arch wire stopper against the standard mini-screws to see which better prevents back teeth from shifting forward during braces. 26 post-pubertal female patients with overbite or protrusion were treated. The goal was to find a simpler, less invasive way to control tooth movement.
