Arch-Support wrestling shoes keep young Athletes' feet healthy

Summary
This study tested if wrestling shoes with built-in arch support could prevent flat feet in 88 adolescent male wrestlers over three years. Half wore the special shoes, half wore regular ones. The results showed that the arch-support shoes helped preserve normal foot structure during a key growth period.
