New stent graft aims to fix Life-Threatening aortic tears

Summary
This study tests if the Arcevo LSA stent graft is safe and effective for treating aortic arch aneurysms and dissections. About 132 adults aged 18-80 with these serious aortic conditions will receive the device during open surgery. The main goal is to see if patients avoid major complications like death, stroke, or paralysis.
