Nurses use augmented reality glasses to master complex cancer wound care

NCT ID NCT06900179

Summary

This study is testing whether a new Augmented Reality (AR) training program can help oncology nurses better care for painful, complex wounds that occur in some advanced cancer patients. The research involves 188 nurses in Taiwan who will use the AR program to practice wound care skills in a simulated environment. The goal is to see if this high-tech training improves their knowledge and clinical reasoning compared to traditional education methods.
