Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called APX001 for adults with serious, hard-to-treat fungal infections in the lungs or other organs. It aimed to see if the drug could safely control these dangerous infections in patients who had few other treatment options. The trial was stopped early and only enrolled 21 people.
