First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at men with a type of prostate cancer that has spread but still responds to hormone therapy. After 6 months of standard drug treatment, some men will also receive either radiation or surgery to the prostate, while others continue with drugs alone. The goal is to see if adding local treatment helps keep the cancer from growing longer.
