Vinegar vs. water: can a kitchen staple tame diabetes?
NCT ID NCT07493707
Summary
This study is testing whether drinking a small amount of organic apple cider vinegar twice a day can help smooth out the daily ups and downs of blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. About 38 adults will try two weeks of vinegar and two weeks of plain water, while wearing a continuous glucose monitor to track their sugar levels. The goal is to see if this common household item can be a helpful addition to standard diabetes management.
