Summary
This study tested a special drink that turns into a gel in the stomach to see if it can reduce appetite and help with weight management. Twenty-four adults with a BMI between 27 and 32 took part. They drank the test product or a control on different days and reported how full they felt. The goal was to see if the gel drink could make people feel fuller and eat less.
