New app aims to curb college substance abuse

Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed to help college students who have been mandated to a program due to alcohol or marijuana policy violations. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helpful in reducing substance use. About 150 students will use the app for two weeks and provide feedback on its features and their experience.
