Summary
This study tested whether a personalized, game-like phone app could help people make an informed choice about getting screened for colorectal cancer and increase how many people actually did it. Researchers in Italy gave the app to 248 people who were newly invited for their first screening test. They compared the game-like app to a simpler app with just basic information to see which one worked better.
