NCT ID NCT07288853
First seen Dec 17, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests if daily push notifications from a mobile app can help teenagers (ages 12-18) with braces improve their oral hygiene. Braces make it easy for plaque to build up, leading to gum problems and white spots. Researchers will compare three groups: app with reminders, app without reminders, and standard care. They will measure plaque levels, gum health, and changes in oral hygiene knowledge and habits.
