Summary
This study is testing whether a phone app can help people on long-term kidney dialysis manage their health better. About 400 patients will either use the app for personalized health tips and reminders or receive their usual care. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the app helps improve quality of life, reduces hospital visits, and leads to better health outcomes.
