Summary
This study tested a mobile app that uses maps to help people who just had hip replacement surgery find nearby rehabilitation services. 142 adults who had a hip replacement used either the app or standard care (calling their doctor). The goal was to see if the app helps patients start physical therapy sooner, improve hip function, and reduce pain. The app also lets users compare costs and appointment times.
