Summary
This study is testing a new app called ENHANCe, designed to help family doctors manage patients with high blood pressure. It involves 16 doctors and 100 patients to see if the app, which analyzes home blood pressure readings, helps doctors make better decisions and improves patient care compared to regular visits. The goal is to find out if this tool is practical and useful in everyday clinic settings.
