Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized smartphone app can help people with type 2 diabetes better manage their condition. About 388 participants in Italy will either use the app alongside their usual care or receive only standard care. The app allows people to track health data, receive reminders, and communicate with their healthcare team, with the main goal of improving long-term blood sugar control over 18 months.
