Summary
This study is testing a new Portuguese-language mobile app designed to help teenagers take better care of their teeth. 150 teens in Portugal will use the app alongside a standard dental cleaning and checkup. Researchers will check if the app helps reduce plaque, gum inflammation, and cavity risk over three months compared to teens who only get the standard checkup.
