Happiness on demand: app sends pep talks when students feel down

NCT ID NCT07406880

Summary

This study is testing a smartphone app designed to improve the well-being of college students. The app sends personalized positive psychology exercises—like gratitude or mindfulness prompts—directly to students when their real-time mood scores drop. Researchers will compare this 'smart' app to control groups to see if it effectively increases happiness and reduces stress and anxiety.
