Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called SIBTime, designed to help parents support the emotional well-being of their young children (ages 3-6) who have a brother or sister with a disability or health condition. The 8-week program provides parents with knowledge and activities to build stronger family relationships and reduce stress. Researchers are measuring changes in parenting stress, parent-child closeness, and the child's behavior.
