First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app with mapping technology helps patients find rehabilitation services sooner after hip replacement surgery. 142 adults who had a hip replacement used either the app or standard care. The app shows nearby rehab centers, available appointments, and costs. The goal was to see if the app reduces waiting times and improves recovery, pain, and quality of life.
