Can your phone predict postpartum depression? new study aims to find out
NCT ID NCT07382336
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app can help detect early signs of postpartum depression by tracking mood changes in pregnant women. Researchers will follow 120 women for 6 months, asking them to report their mood, sleep, and activity several times daily through the app. The goal is to understand how depression symptoms develop after childbirth and identify patterns that could lead to earlier support.
