NCT ID NCT07486375
Summary
This study tested whether a self-management phone app could help new mothers who had high blood pressure during pregnancy. It compared 99 women who used the app for tracking blood pressure and getting health tips to a group receiving standard care. The goal was to see if the app improved blood pressure control, reduced stress and depression, and encouraged healthier lifestyle habits after giving birth.
