Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app that gives personalized recipes and feedback can help people eat more vegetables. It will involve 315 healthy adults who currently eat less than half the recommended amount of veggies. Researchers will track food intake, app use, and various health markers to see if the digital tool is effective and engaging.
