NCT ID NCT07236450
Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app and activity tracker, recommended by a family doctor, can help people with metabolic syndrome become more physically active. One hundred participants will either use the app and tracker or receive standard care for six months. The goal is to see if digital tools are a practical way to support healthier habits and manage this chronic condition in everyday primary care.
