App aims to ease insomnia for those caring for cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a nurse-supported mobile app can help people caring for a family member or friend with cancer get better sleep. The app uses cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) over 6 weeks. Researchers will compare it to basic sleep tips in 208 caregivers. The goal is to see if the app reduces insomnia and improves well-being.
